Maintanance works of the historic buildings in the former Fabryka Norblin are now taking place. Laying foundation and constructing a 4-storey underground of the new complex – ArtN - will begin in February 2018.
ArtN will be located at an intersection of the Prosta and Żelazna Streets in the Wola district. On the area of over 60,000 sqm the project combines entertainment, service, commercial and office functions. 3-storey parking will offer parking places for over 750 cars and an underground, fully automated additional parking will offer 200 parking spaces for bikes.
The end of the construction is planned for 2020.
